Waterford. The current na\u00edonra operates from a prefabricated building on the Gaelscoil's site, which will be demolished and the site reinstated once the new facility is operational. The proposed building is expected to have a floor area of approximately 200 square metres and will include at least two classrooms\/activity rooms, each with two child-friendly toilets, one accessible toilet, an office with independent access, storage facilities within each classroom, a cleaners' room, and a plant room. Na\u00edonra Philib Bar\u00fan C.L.G. intends to engage a Single Point Design Team for the design, contractor procurement, construction management and supervision, and certification of the new na\u00edonra and associated works.
