This 35.35-acre site currently includes plans for a 24,770 square foot Surface Equipment Maintenance Facility and a 37,374 square foot National Guard Readiness Center. The Master Plan aims to establish long-term development visions and strategies for the property's use, ensuring the most effective and efficient utilisation in line with the requirements of the State of Colorado and COARNG. The project involves devising a minimum of three distinct site development options through design charrettes with stakeholders, detailing aspects like building footprints, orientation, parking, and access. A single option will then be selected for further development into the overall plan.
