This comprehensive mission includes all phases from preliminary sketches (ESQ) to completion (AOR), along with an additional environmental assessment (EVA) mission. The project emphasises a strong commitment to environmental performance, requiring the attainment of several labels and certifications. These include the BBCA standard level, BDF silver level at a minimum, ECRAIN certification, adherence to the Fibois pact objectives, compliance with the 2028 thresholds of the RE2020 for construction and energy, and the BiodiverCity label.
