The works comprise Phase 2A (Pre-ELR) infrastructure to the south of the proposed East Link Road and Phase 2B (Post-ELR) infrastructure to the east, including new access roads, utilities, SUDS features, public realm, landscape corridors, and plot servicing for future campus development. The project supports HIE\u2019s long-term masterplan for sustainable growth, promoting economic, social, and environmental value through net-zero and fair work principles.
