The existing infrastructure, including buildings and public spaces, is significantly outdated, lacking sufficient green areas, clear morphological order, and a fully developed transport and utility network. This project aims to modernise the market square's infrastructure and bolster the local economy while carefully preserving its traditional functions. The scope covers the market square area itself and the adjacent old bus turnaround. An optional element includes designing a car park for the R\u00e1tg\u00e9ber Basketball Academy. The general designer will oversee the architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design for existing buildings (central wet block, weigh house, central food court) and new pavilions, encompassing thermal insulation, window and door modernisations, wall and floor upgrades, comprehensive accessibility, and utility system overhauls.
