The project scope encompasses a gross floor area of approximately 100,000 m\u00b2. The architectural services are structured in stages, beginning with design phases (LPH 1 and 2) and progressing through detailed planning, functional specification development for general contractors, and technical support during the contractor procurement process. The appointed architect will also be responsible for coordinating a wide array of specialist planners, including those for technical equipment (electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing), structural engineering, landscape architecture, building physics, fire protection, security, medical technology, kitchen technology, and conveying systems. The overall project volume for the construction is currently estimated at 425 million EUR gross, covering cost groups 200-700.
