Lithuania\u2019s Cultural Infrastructure Centre is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to appoint multidisciplinary teams for the research, design and delivery oversight of conservation works across the country\u2019s protected heritage buildings. Structured in three fee categories, small (up to \u20ac50k), medium (\u20ac50k to \u20ac150k) and major (above \u20ac150k, including \u20ac300k+ projects), the framework supports a rolling programme of call-off design competitions within each category, each defined by its own site, brief, budget and timetable. Services may include archaeological, architectural and structural investigations, polychromy and wall-painting research, photogrammetric and topographic surveys, and the preparation of conservation project documentation, including concept proposals, detailed conservation design, cost plans and programmes for movable heritage items. Appointed teams will also provide site supervision and, where required, produce working drawings and technical details during construction to respond to on-site discoveries.
