The scope of work for the selected team includes a full range of design and execution phases: diagnosis, preliminary design, project design, tender documentation, contract awarding assistance, compliance verification, works supervision, and final acceptance, alongside a 12-month perfect completion guarantee follow-up. The successful team must comprise a mandated architect, an economist, an asbestos expert, and Building Engineering &amp; Design offices covering fluids, climate engineering, solar energy installations, electrical systems (high and low current), and thermal calculations.
