This involves the partial renovation and extension of the existing vocational school, encompassing full architectural services from concept to completion (LPH 1-9). The project's core objectives include an energetic renovation of facades and roofs, a partial internal restructuring of the current building, and the addition of two new extensions. These extensions will provide six new classrooms and a dedicated carpentry workshop. Furthermore, a ground-floor addition will expand the existing break hall and facilitate the integration of a new secretariat. The plan also addresses the need for additional differentiation rooms for vocational preparation within the existing structure and modernises the sanitary facilities. To ensure optimal air quality, individual ventilation units are planned for classrooms. The school's heating will be supplied by a district heating pipeline from a county-owned biomass heating plant, targeting an energy standard of EG 70. The existing building spans 2,846m\u00b2 with a gross volume of approximately 24,850m\u00b3, while the new extensions add about 468.5m\u00b2 and 3,470m\u00b3 respectively.
