Ok\u00f3lnik 2. This comprehensive undertaking aims to bring the historic venue up to contemporary standards, with a particular focus on enhancing fire protection and overall safety requirements. The scope of work involves the preparation of detailed design documentation, encompassing a thorough inventory of the area, initial acoustic studies, and advanced stage technology designs. Furthermore, the project includes CFD simulations to develop an effective smoke exhaust concept. Architectural and construction plans will be developed to secure all necessary building permits and approvals, alongside technical designs for various specialisations. The appointed team will also prepare executive designs, detailed bills of quantities, cost estimates, and comprehensive technical specifications for the works.
