This initiative, co-financed by the EU's FEnIKS 2021-2027 programme for public building energy efficiency, seeks a contractor to undertake a full spectrum of tasks. The chosen partner will be responsible for conducting ex-ante and ex-post energy audits, securing the necessary financing for the investment phase, and delivering complete design and execution documentation. The project scope includes all construction and installation works, technological start-up, and ongoing monitoring of energy consumption, along with managing heating and electrical systems to achieve declared energy savings over the contract period. The overall programme has a minimum duration of seven years, comprising a two-year investment phase and a five-year management phase. The works are divided into two lots: one for Building A\/A1 in Wroc\u0142aw and another for Building A in Jelenia G\u00f3ra.
