The scope of work for the second and third stages focuses on several key structures, including the design and supervision for the northwest and northeast garages, which will feature extensive green roofs covering approximately 7,500 m\u00b2. Additionally, the project includes the design for new arcades and canopies for both the northern sections and the rear houses along the avenue. A crucial part of the commission is also the preparation of documentation for the demolition of existing garages, encompassing all necessary engineering activities and securing the required permits for their removal.
