The extensive programme includes the energy renovation of two elementary school buildings, covering approximately 1329 square metres of usable space, alongside the construction of a new elementary school restaurant capable of seating 170 pupils within a 382 square metre area. Additionally, the project encompasses the transformation of 3140 square metres of elementary school courtyards into natural, egalitarian, and inclusive spaces, and the restructuring of 65 square metres of the nursery school restaurant kitchen. The initiative prioritises environmental ambitions, such as sustainable development, water management, energy performance, the use of renewable and bio\/geo-sourced materials, and a low-carbon construction approach. The project also focuses on user comfort, operational quality, and a durable economic approach. An HQE methodology (without certification) is required, and the installation of photovoltaic panels for collective self-consumption is planned. This complex project, designed to be innovative and exemplary, will be executed in five distinct phases on an occupied site, managed by a logistics assistant to ensure a collaborative process from conception to completion. The multidisciplinary team must include an architect as lead, economist, catering consultant, structural engineer, HQE consultant, fluids engineer, SSI coordinator, VRD engineer, landscape architect, and acoustic consultant.
