This project aims to significantly improve the building's resource efficiency and align it with modern ecological standards. The scope of work encompasses planning services for phases 5 through 9 of the HOAI (German Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers), covering execution planning up to object supervision. The existing school building has a complex history, with the original structure dating back to 1965, followed by extensions in 1994 and 2008, which added a gymnasium and an after-school care facility including a dining hall and library. The building currently has a net floor area of 3,807 m2 and a heated volume of 9,738 m3.
