This project is guided by a new vision note for future youth patrimonium, which aims to achieve climate neutrality by 2050 and tackle rising construction costs. The plan prioritises enhanced occupancy rates, the use of circular materials, and the development of modular, adaptable buildings with user-friendly and simple technical systems. A key aspect involves a clustering exercise to promote shared space usage among youth associations. In Rollegem, the project aligns with sport facilities at the Weimeersen site, while in Marke, existing youth groups at 'De Krinkel' site will benefit from optimised shared spaces.
