This initiative aims to provide enhanced sporting facilities for the local community by transforming the disused spa. The project involves the comprehensive preparation of all necessary project documentation, covering various stages from initial feasibility studies through to detailed design and engineering specifications. Additionally, the appointed consultant will be responsible for providing author's supervision during the construction phase to ensure the design intent is maintained, alongside offering related administrative and procurement support. The scope of work is based on a previously completed study that explored the technical and architectural possibilities for the conversion, ensuring the new sports hall meets modern standards and community needs within the historic building's framework.
