The project encompasses planning phases 5 to 9, building upon existing preliminary designs from earlier stages, specifically the variant approved by the council in March 2022. Key elements include establishing an event courtyard in front of the historic Bacchuskeller and integrating the open spaces between the community centre, existing structures, and adjacent public roads. A significant aspect of the design will involve addressing varied terrain heights and creating accessible routes. The scope mandates barrier-free access from Bachstra\u00dfe and Schulstra\u00dfe, alongside a barrier-free connection from Bachstra\u00dfe to the courtyard. The planning must carefully consider existing buildings, various cellar structures including the Bacchuskeller, and their interfaces with the new build and surrounding streetscapes, accounting for complex height and access conditions.
