The procurement process is currently in its preliminary market engagement phase, inviting suppliers and contracting authorities to participate in webinars and complete questionnaires to help shape the new agreement. This engagement period, running for six weeks, includes a supplier webinar on 15 September 2026, a contracting authority webinar on 6 October 2026, and opportunities for one-to-one sessions. The framework is anticipated to commence on 2 August 2027, with an initial term until 1 August 2029, and potential extensions up to 1 August 2035, spanning a total of eight years. The estimated total value of the framework is a substantial \u00a31.824 billion, excluding VAT.
