The primary goal is to sustainably upgrade and modernise the existing sports facility, expanding its usability for school, club, and general public sports. Based on a feasibility study, the existing 400-meter running track will be retained. The scope includes renovating and functionally enhancing the current sports complex, demolishing existing buildings and fixtures, constructing a new changing room\/multi-purpose building, erecting a grandstand, creating a multifunctional area, and adding further sports, recreational, and open-space amenities. The planning will also allow for future integration with adjacent measures from the integrated urban development concept. The planning services are divided into two lots: Lot 1 for outdoor area planning and Lot 2 for building planning, including optional structural engineering.
