This restricted, single-stage competition requires the development of a comprehensive design, encompassing the building itself, necessary infrastructure, and the landscaping of public spaces, all integrated with existing public utility buildings. The project site, located in the Piskorzewie district, spans 17,564 m2 and involves the demolition of current structures, removal of concrete block paving, and the creation of a new green area. The proposed building will have a maximum height of 25m and will house cultural, educational, administrative, and office facilities, alongside technical areas. Key features include a main concert hall with a minimum capacity of 750 seats for both unamplified and amplified music, a chamber hall for at least 100 people, dedicated rehearsal rooms for choirs and orchestras, a recording studio, and vocal practice rooms.
