Bojkowska 39. The comprehensive scope includes developing detailed multi-branch design documentation, managing all necessary demolition works, and obtaining relevant permits. Construction involves primary works such as site preparation, demolition, and safety measures, alongside the installation of internal systems for water, sewage, heating, ventilation, compressed air, electrical, and telecommunications. The project also encompasses extensive site development, including pedestrian routes, an internal road, parking facilities, a sand silo, and fencing. Crucially, it involves the demolition of existing infrastructure, the construction of external utility networks like storm drainage, electrical, external lighting, and railway traffic control systems, as well as the rebuilding of any conflicting existing utility lines. A key component is the establishment of a new track system and traction network, to be executed in two stages.
