The day begins at The Crown Inn, Lanlivery, with an informal branch meeting where Simon Burgess will provide key updates from the recent RIBA Client Advisor Steering Group. Attendees will gain valuable insight into the Client Advisor role and its practical relevance to current architectural practice, fostering an environment for members to reconnect and discuss local architectural activities. Lunch is included for RIBA Chartered Members, offering a relaxed setting for professional exchange. Following the meeting, participants will embark on a 5.3-mile circular woodland walk along the River Fowey. This scenic route passes through the picturesque bluebell woodland of the Lanhydrock Estate and continues towards Restormel, with an optional opportunity to visit the impressive circular Norman castle (English Heritage entry separate). This unique gathering, organised by RIBA Cornwall, serves as a crucial platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and promoting architectural excellence within the local community. It offers practical insights directly applicable to your design practice and fosters valuable professional connections.<\/p>","website":"https:\/\/www.riba.org\/whats-on\/riba-cornwall-branch-meeting-and-lanhydrock-to-restormel-walk\/","dates":"10 July 2026, 14:00\u201317:30","location":"The Crown Inn, Lanlivery, Bodmin PL30 5BT, UK","cost":"Free","date_order":"20260710","banner":false,"banner_back":"","show_until":"","subscription_only_content":false},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/beedier.com\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/events\/53386","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/beedier.com\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/events"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/beedier.com\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/events"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/beedier.com\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=53386"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"event-categories","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/beedier.com\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/event-categories?post=53386"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
