The current residential use within the property will be removed to make way for a new medical concept. The basement will house staff changing rooms, a laundry room, storage and archive facilities, and technical areas, with an optional server room. The ground floor is designated for a Neuropraxis Wendlingen, spanning approximately 280-300 m\u00b2, requiring extended interior fit-out by the landlord. The first floor will accommodate an Oncological Specialised Practice (OSP) of around 300 m\u00b2, with tenant-specific fit-out based on a defined shell. The attic will see an extension to create a General Practitioner's practice, also approximately 300 m\u00b2, with the final layout determined during the design phase.
