The primary objective is to obtain urban planning proposals or preliminary design ideas that embody the most suitable technical strategies and criteria for sustainable and innovative urban development, defined to a sufficient level. A jury will evaluate and select the submitted proposals based on established criteria. This project competition may subsequently lead to a negotiated contract, without prior publication, awarded to one of the winners. This follow-on contract would involve the drafting of services and administrative support for the necessary planning instrument to establish the general and detailed urban planning for the new development area. All winners of the competition will be invited to participate in these subsequent negotiations.

20261106

Consorcio Urbanístico Leganés Norte in Spain is developing new land in Madrid, seeking high-quality, sustainable, and innovative urban planning proposals.
