These spaces currently do not reflect the prestige and representative nature of the national institution. The project aims to significantly elevate the quality of these interiors. The scope includes the comprehensive refurbishment and modernisation of 24 public toilet facilities, spanning six levels from the cloakroom to the third balcony, covering a total area of 611.10 m\u00b2. Additionally, the Government Box lounge, encompassing its bar, back-of-house areas, and associated toilets, totalling 102.50 m\u00b2 in a prominent location adjacent to the main auditorium and foyer, will undergo a complete renovation. This upgrade is essential to align the spaces with the institution's esteemed status and meet the demands of contemporary users, including improved accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The planned works involve updating electrical and ventilation systems, replacing sanitary fixtures, refreshing wall finishes, and potentially replacing door joinery.
