An architect is sought for the refurbishment of this Grade II listed community hub.
The building was acquired from the Council by Redruth Former Library CIC in 2021 and has undergone a transformation into a multifunctional community facility, featuring a courtyard garden, café, rehearsal and performance spaces.
Further refurbishment of the building is now required, including and internal works, repairs to the slate roof and rebuilding a link structure between the former library with it's striking corner tower and the adjoining college buildings.
