Redevelopment of school in Northern Ireland, requiring full design team and contract from feasibility to completion.
The Minister of Education announced 28 post primary schools to advance in planning under the Major Capital Works Programme, Loreto College was included in the announcement. DE is seeking the procurement of an ICT on a Traditional Design basis, to take the Project through RIBA Stages 0-7. ICT performance will be reviewed at each RIBA Stage.
The initial task will be the completion of a Technical/Feasibility Study. The ICT will be expected to consider a number of options in the feasibility study, options to be explored will be looking at all options from doing minimum refurbishments, to demolition and new build on two sites. A site search has been commissioned from Land and Property Services, based on a site size in the region of 7.03 Ha. Potential sites are to be within the development limits of Coleraine.
