Burnley Cemetery Extension
Burnley Borough Council wishes to appoint a consultant with experience in the design and development of Cemeteries to act as the lead consultant to develop a scheme to extend Burnley Cemetery.
The consultant should have an in-depth knowledge of the regulations relating to cemeteries and the detailed landscape design of cemetery projects, burial practices and leading a team of sub-consultants to deliver cemetery projects.

This One Stage Tender will be marked 40% on Price, and 60% on Quality.

– Methodology: A brief description of your approach for undertaking the commission (10%)
– Work Plan: an outline timetable for the work (10%)
